For those of you who are watching your waist disappear (mine has been lost for some time now), I found an awesome website for calorie counting.

It's really helpful in looking up calories for things that aren't labeled (alcohol, veggies, fruits, fast food). Also, you can register and do a whole weight loss program for free. I haven't done that yet, but I think I will.
